Some of the clear physical signs that your energy is broken are: Muscle spasms, tightness, tension, clenching, uneasy stomach, tight chest, headache, shallow breathing, stiff/stuck hips, weak life force, feeling stuck in life or feeling a lump in your throat.
-
When we experience a deeply stressful situation, our body can store that information and sensation as a memory of trauma which gets stuck in different parts of the body, most common is hips, spinal area but it can be other places too. That stuck energy needs to be released to allow proper functioning of the mind and body. Otherwise it can lead to chronic disease and later in life have other repercussions.
-
Trauma can be passed down through generations in the form of information stored in our DNA and cells and that’s how we sometimes inherit illnesses or character traits as karmas of our ancestors until we resolve them by deeply healing at a cellular level and breaking the generational patterns and vows and sins.

Chakras are energy centres located at different parts of the body where our nerve bundles meet. They are like invisible wheels of spinning energy. They control our emotions, thoughts & behaviour.
-
The aura is the energy field of a human or any object. A healthy vibrant aura signifies healthy mind body and spirit whereas a weak and broken and depleted and dark coloured aura shows onset of a disease and poor emotional mental state and low life force.

We have a physical body that is made of bones and muscles and organs and we have an invisible subtle body that envelops and takes the shape of our physical body. The subtle body is made of emotions (astral), thoughts (mental) and spiritual energy. Our brain and body including each organ and cell is also enveloped by the subtle energy. When the subtle energy gets depleted and worn out, we start experiencing weakness, disease in physical body and even life blockages.
For our body and life to function optimally, energy has to flow through all meridians, nerves and channels inside the body. While medicines and many other treatments only touch the physical layer or atomic or sub atomic layer of energy, they neglect the other 3 layers of the body where the damage has happened.
The law of energy healing works under the law of energy connectedness and universal energy continuum. Healing energy can be sent to anybody inside the electromagnetic field of earth in the techniques I use.

One of the key effects of meditation is the activation of the relaxation response, which is the opposite of the body's stress response. During meditation, the body experiences a decrease in heart rate, blood pressure, and lower levels of stress hormones such as cortisol. This relaxation response helps to counteract the negative effects of chronic illnesses caused due to stress. Serotonin, the happy hormone chemical is produced when we meditate which feels similar to enjoying sunlight.
Meditation also impacts the brain by influencing its structure and function. Regular meditation practice has been shown to increase the thickness of the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for executive functions like decision-making and self-control. It also strengthens the connections between different regions of the brain, improving overall cognitive function and emotional regulation
Meditation has been found to have positive effects on mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It helps to reduce symptoms by calming the mind, increasing self-awareness, and promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being.
From a physiological standpoint, meditation has been linked to improved immune system function, enhanced cardiovascular health, and better pain management. It can also positively impact sleep patterns, reducing insomnia and promoting restful sleep.
It provides a valuable tool for stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall health promotion.
As more scientific research continues to explore the benefits of meditation, its integration into medical practices is becoming increasingly recognized and valued.
